What is Terapix?
We’re a network of bilingual psychologists with varying specialties. At Terapix, we stand out not just with our expert professionals, but also through our personalized services and affordable pricing. Here, you’ll find top-tier mental health services in a safe space.
How long are the sessions?
Each session of emotional support is between 45 and 60 minutes.
How does online therapy work?
It’s easy and straightforward. Schedule directly with a therapist, or book a free meeting with one of our match-makers, so they can take the time to understand your needs and goals, and match you with the best specialist for your needs. All online from wherever you’re most comofortable. 😀
What is the matching session?
It’s a videocall with a uniquely trained therapist. There objective is to get to know you better, and refer you to a therapist who has specialized training in what you’re looking for, finding the ideal therapist for you!
What is the cost of the session?
The psychological asessment is free with your purchase of the first session! After that, or if you schedule directly, emotional support sessions start at just $49.99 a session!
Are online mental health services as helpful as in-person?
Absolutely! Online emotional support offers the same benefits as in-person. In fact, many people feel more comfortable having virtual sessions, which leads to higher rates of success!
Who will I be working with?
Our team is made of licensed psychologists from Latin America, highly qualified, all with post grad specializations, and at least 5 years of experience. Given that our professionals aren’t licensed in the U.S., our services are limited to emotional support and life coaching. Through our platform, diagnosing and prescribing is prohibited.
Can I cancel or re-schedule?
Life can be unpredictable and we get that. Out of respect for our professionals, you can reschedule or cancel your meeting with at least 24 hours notice. After that point, you will be charged for your session. In the case of an emergency, please write us at [email protected]
What happens if I don't feel comfortable with my assigned therapist?
No problem! Not everyone’s a perfect match for each therapist. Our goal is that everyone gets the help they need and feels comfortable the whole time. You can try with someone else, or we can refund you for the session.
